What is Fee Follow-up?

Fee Follow-up lets your fee collection team record every call made to a parent about pending fees, and see the result of those calls on the defaulters list itself.
Earlier, reminders could be sent from NextOS, but the calls that followed were tracked outside the system — in a register or an Excel sheet. Fee Follow-up brings that into the product.
With Fee Follow-up you can:

• See which parents have been contacted and which have not
• Record who you spoke to and what came out of the call
• Note the date a parent promised to pay
• See all past calls made for a student
• Track promises and pending follow-ups in one report
