Currently, the system is designed to send payment alerts immediately after a payment is successfully processed and recorded. This is based on feedback & recommendation from most schools, who have indicated that parents generally expect prompt notification of successful payments.
While scheduling alerts for the next day after a payment is not currently supported, we are always working on improving the system based on user feedback. If you feel this feature would be valuable, we encourage you to submit a feature request through our support channels.
If you prefer to disable immediate payment alerts for your school, you can do so by following these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to Settings -> Collaboration -> Communication -> Alerts.
Step 2: Search for the Payment Collection Alert.
Step 3: Click on the toggle to enable or disable the alert as required.
