How can I schedule fee collection alerts to be sent on the next day after a payment is made?

Current Use Case

The system is designed to send payment alerts immediately after a payment is successfully processed and recorded.
This approach is based on feedback and recommendations from most schools, as they have indicated that parents expect prompt notifications to confirm their successful payments.

Currently, scheduling alerts for the next day after a payment is not supported. However, we are continuously working to improve the system based on user feedback.

How to disable

If you prefer to disable immediate payment alerts for your school, you can do so by following these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to Settings -> Collaboration -> Communication -> Alerts.

Step 2: Search for the Payment Collection Alert.

Step 3: Click on the toggle to enable or disable the alert as required.
