This issue usually occurs due to one of the following reasons:
- Pro-rata settings are enabled
If the Pro-Rata option is set to “Generate dues from the installment from which the student has joined”, and the installment cycle starts from June, the system may generate June fees even if the effective month is July. - Mismatch between effective date and fee allocation date
If the transport assignment effective date is set to July 1, but the fee allocation or installment start date is June, the June fee will reflect on the student’s fee collection page.
If neither of the above applies, it may be due to a technical issue. In such cases, try reviewing and modifying the effective date and fee allocation settings accordingly.
