Step 1: Click Settings.
Step 2: Click Finance.
Step 3: Click Fee.
Step 4: Click Fee Collection.
Step 5: Click General and enable the toggle for Pro Rata.
Step 6: Go back and click Fee Type.
Step 7: Click the three dots and then the edit icon for the fee type for which you want to enable Pro-Rata settings.
Step 8: Enable or disable the Pro-Rata toggle as needed and click the Save icon
