How to make a counsellor collect a fee at a stage?

 > Settings > Admission > Pipelines & Stages > select pipeline > select stage

Use Admission Fee for a fixed fee such as a registration fee, or Fee Collection when the fee depends on the applicant’s fee category.

1. Click + Add step and choose Admission Fee or Fee Collection.
2. Map the fee to the step.
3. Tick Show in Applicant Portal if parents can pay online.
4. Click Save.

Note: A Fee Collection step has two parts: Assign Category (the applicant is given a fee category) and Collect Fee (the assigned fee is collected).
