How to collect an ad-hoc fee from the Collect Fee screen?

> Fee > Collect Fee

  1. Search a student by admission number or name. Or, choose the desired Class and Section from the drop-down menu.
  2. Click on top of the Paying Now column. Ad hoc fees linked to the class in which the student is studying is displayed in a pop-up window.
  3. Select the ad hoc fee that is to be collected.
  4. Click ADD. The ad hoc fee selected will be displayed along with the other fee types.
  5. Click PROCEED.
  6. Provide the payment details on the Payment Details List page.
