Fee Receipt Template Overview

• You can select suitable fee receipt templates from the template options provided while creating a new fee receipt and map them to the classes. This fee receipt will be generated for the students of the mapped classes when the fee is collected from the collect fee page.
• It is available in three sizes: A4, A5, A6. There are 1-2 templates available in each size.
• The auto-numbering sequence can be selected from the list of sequences available according to the auto-numbering sequence settings done.
• If no sequence is created and mapped for fee receipt, the templates mapping can’t be completed. To avoid such cases, the user should always complete the auto-numbering sequence settings before trying to set any templates.
• You can modify the receipt number and class mapping for an existing receipt template.
• The fee receipt template includes basic student information and the payment details of the respective student when generated.
• A class can have only one fee receipt template mapped to it, and if mapped to a new template, the previous mapping will be removed automatically.
