How to assign employees to a staff group?

> Staff > Staff Group

Employees can be assigned to the staff groups one by one or in bulk. ensure that the staff groups are already created to assign the employees to it.

To assign the employee individually to a group,

  1. Select Assign Employee tab on the top of the page.
  2. Select Department and Designation from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Assign Group, the pop-up window will appear to select the group.
  4. Select the groups to which the employees need to be assigned.
  5. Click Save.

To assign the employees in bulk,

  1. Click to upload the employees’ details. The window will appear to upload and download the template.
  2. Select the required Group from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Download Template to download the excel sheet.
  4. Fill the details of the employees in the excel.
  5. Click or Select a File to Upload to upload the downloaded excel with the list of employees

The employees will be allocated to the groups.
