How to view and edit the fuel log in vehicle management?

> Transport > Vehicle Management

1. Click the desired vehicle whose details will be edited. The new window will appear.
2. Click to view and edit the fuel log. The window will appear with all the calculations including Mileage, Cost per Km, Average Refilling Fuel, Average Refilling Cost.
   NOTE:
   Mileage and Cost per Km will be calculated in every 6 months.
   Average Refilling Fuel and Average Refilling Cost will be calculated monthly.
3. Click to add the fuel log. The pop-up window will appear.
4. Enter Fuel Quantity, Fuel Cost, Date of Fueling, Refill Station, Odometer Reading.
   NOTE:
   The odometer reading will be the reading at the time of refuelling.
5. Select check-box against Not Documented, if you missed to enter previous refuel details or unsure about odometer during refuel. This will not calculate distance based on previous fuel entry.
6. Click to upload the receipt file, if any.
7. Click Save.

The fuel log will be calculated on a monthly basis.

NOTE:

• Click to edit or delete the created fuel log.
• The formula used to calculate Mileage, Cost per KM, Average Refilling Fuel and Average Refilling Cost.
