To view and download the alert summary report

> Communication > Communication Reports > Alert Summary Report

The alert summary report provides a count of the alert sends for the module via SMS, Email, Notification. It can be viewed based on month and date. The report is downloadable in Excel and PDF format from the page

1. Select checkcircle against Month or Date.
   If month is selected then select a month from the drop-down menu.
   If date is selected then select From and To dates.
2. Click Submit. The list of the sent alerts will be displayed including module, alert type, SMS, Email and Notification.
