Monthly communication report provides a report of the communication that happened via SMS, Email or Notification. Count of all the Sent, Delivered and Not Delivered messages can be viewed on the page. Sent, Delivered and Not Delivered messages can be seen in the form of the graph also. The report is downloadable in Excel and PDF format from the page.
- Select mode of the message (SMS, Email or Notification) from the drop-down menu.
- Click Submit. The list of the count of messages will be displayed with Month Name, Sent, Delivered, Not Delivered and Delivery %.
NOTE:

to download the file in PDF format.
The monthly communication report will be downloaded.
