How to add follow-up details of the applicants in the Enquiry step of admission?

> Admission > Manage Admission

The steps chosen by you for the admission process will be displayed on the screen. The students who are in the Enquiry step of admission will be listed on the screen.

  1. Click the name of the student for whom the follow-up details need to be added.
  2. Select FOLLOW UP from the left vertical panel.
  3. Click CREATE, if no follow-up date is added. Or click at the right corner of the screen.  
  4.  Fill in the follow-up details.
    By default, the current date is selected as the Follow-up Date.
    1. Update the Follow-up Date, if required.
    2. Choose a Next Follow-up Date.
    3. Indicate the Status of the enquiry as Pending/Interested/Not Interested.
    4. Add Remarks to the enquiry.
    5. Click SAVE.
