To view and download the settlement reports

> Payment Gateway > Payment Gateway Reports > Settlement Report

Settlement report provides a report of the successful and refunded online payments. The report is downloadable in PDF and Excel format from the page.

1. Click Filters on the left side of the page.
2. Select date range From and To.
3. Select Transaction Type and Settlement Status from the drop-down menu.
4. Select Bank and Payment Source (Admission and Fee) from the drop-down menu.
5. Click Submit. The list of all the transactions will be displayed.

NOTE:

• Click to download the file in XLS form.
• Click to download the file in PDF form.

The settlement report will be downloaded.
