To view and download the communication batch report

> Communication > Communication Reports > Communication Batch Report

Communication batch report provides a count of the status of the message (SMS, Email and Notification) sent as Delivered, Total, Not Delivered and Delivery %. This report also provides a report of the subject, message, sent by and sent date and time including batch ID (unique number worked as an identifier). The report is downloadable in Excel and PDF format from the page.

1. Select From and To dates.
2. Select message type (SMS, Email and Notification) from the drop-down menu.
3. Click Submit. Communication batch report will be displayed.

NOTE:

• Click to download the file in XLS format.
• Click to download the file in PDF format.

The communication batch report will be downloaded.
