How to lock the fee collection for a certain period of time?

> Fee > Fee Collection 

  1. Click GENERAL SETTINGS tab next to COLLECTION SETTINGS.
  2. Turn on Lock Fee Collection from the horizontal panel.
  3. Click YES to confirm the locking.
