To view and download the contact wise delivery statistics report

Contact wise delivery statistics report provides a count of the SMS, Email and Notification sent to the parent, student or staff based on the month. This report gives the count of the total, sent, delivered, failed and delivery % of the SMS, Email and Notification. The report is downloadable in Excel and PDF format from the page.

1. Select Month from the drop-down menu.
2. Select Contact Type from the drop-down menu.
3. Click Submit. Contact wise delivery statistics report will be displayed.

NOTE:

• Click to download the file in XLS format.
• Click to download the file in PDF format.

The contact wise delivery statistics report will be downloaded.
