How to decide which pipeline is used when an admission has no programme?

 > Settings > Admission > Pipelines & Stages

Some enquiries arrive without a class, for example from a general social media ad. These use the pipeline marked Default in the pipeline list.

  1. Go to Pipelines & Stages.
  2. The pipeline with the Default tag is used for admissions with no programme.
