A Chat Monitor is a staff member who can read conversations for oversight, without taking part in them.
Monitored chats do not appear in the monitor’s normal chat list, and no notifications are sent. The monitor opens the View conversations monitored by you screen to read them whenever needed.
Every group carries a visible note: “This chat is monitored by the school for quality and professional conduct.” Members always know monitoring is in place.
