A Smart Group manages its own members. You choose the group type, and NextOS creates the group with all the right members and keeps that list up to date. You never add or remove people by hand.
The group manages itself. You manage the conversation.
Three group types:
Class Teacher – Parent — all parents of a class-section, plus the class teacher
Subject Teacher – Parent — all parents of a class-section, plus a subject teacher
Route – Service — all parents and staff linked to a specific route and service.
